The seven-day week probably wasn't a thing back in the Bronze Age Mediterranean. But we live with a seven-day week now, and we're already used to correlating the days of the week with deities (Greco-Roman ones, Norse ones, and others). So we decided to organize the days of the week through the lens of the Minoan pantheon. Check out the results here:
