The Minoan Herb Garden

On the Minoan Path blog, I recently explored the kinds of veggies the Minoans grew in their gardens, back in the Bronze Age (way before supermarkets were a thing). But they also grew all kinds of herbs that they seasoned their food with. I mean, dinner would be pretty boring without any seasoning, right? So here you go:
