Deeper into the Labyrinth

Online Course about

Modern Minoan Paganism

Deeper Into the Labyrinth online course in Modern Minoan Paganism

An 8-week journey deeper into the magic of Minoan spirituality

In this class we'll continue our exploration of the Minoan pantheon along with the Labyrinth, rites of passage, and more:

  • Sun, Moon, and Stars (an exploration of Minoan astronomy and its place in Minoan spirituality, both ancient and modern)

  • Grandmother Ocean's World (focusing on the sea goddess Posidaeja)

  • The Horned Ones (the bovine, deer, and goat gods and goddesses: the Minotaur, Europa, the Minelathos, Britomartis, the Minocapros, and Amalthea)

  • Hands of Great Skill (the Daktyls, the Hekaterides, and Daedalus - the Minoan deities of smithing, pottery, invention and architecture)

  • Walking the Labyrinth (an exploration of the Labyrinth as a spiritual tool)

  • Rites of Passage (incorporating rites of passage into Modern Minoan Paganism)

  • Sacred Healing (deities, meditations, and spiritual help for all kinds of healing work)

  • Sacred Dance (music and movement as a part of Minoan spirituality, both ancient and modern)

What's included in this online class experience?

  • Weekly course materials in PDF format in your e-mail inbox

  • Weekly guided meditation in MP3 format to listen at your leisure

  • Private, members-only forum on this website for discussion

  • Rituals, devotionals, myths and legends, recipes and crafts

  • Participate from anywhere in the world at your own pace

  • Course assignments individually graded with private feedback from Laura

  • Certificate upon completion of the course

This is all new material that doesn't duplicate anything in Ariadne's Thread or Labrys and Horns. And no, you don't have to read the books before you take the class (though of course I'd be thrilled if you did).

You're not required to turn in the assignments to be graded, but it's an option a lot of people enjoy. I don't give letter grades, and I always do my best to provide positive feedback to help you find more meaning in your spiritual practice.

This course is designed to lead you on your own journey of discovery for a personal relationship with the  gods and goddesses of the MMP pantheon in a way that's just right for you. You do not have to be a member of any group to take this course. All the activities can easily be completed by a solitary practitioner.

Price is $50 for the full 8-week course

  • Upon completion of all 8 homework assignments, you will receive a printable certificate.

  • No refunds unless class is cancelled, but you may do a one-time rollover of your registration fee to either of the next two upcoming classes.

  • If you have any questions that are not answered on this website, please contact me.

Registration for the 2022 session of Deeper Into the Labyrinth will open January 2022.

A number of my students have commented how much they enjoyed the music that provides the background in the meditations for this class and Into the Labyrinth.

I'm proud to say that music was composed, arranged, and produced by my now-very-grown-up "baby," who works under the stage name eric.a.casey. Their first album, which includes updated versions of some of the meditation music as well as new pieces with a similar vibe, is now available on the eric.a.casey Bandcamp.

This is one of a pair of courses about Modern Minoan Paganism. The other class is Into the Labyrinth.

You may take the two courses in any order you prefer. Due to student demand, I've structured them so each one is a stand-alone class that doesn't rely on information from the other one. But if I'm really honest, I think you should take Into the Labyrinth first.

PLEASE NOTE: The forum on this website is a discussion forum for people who are taking my online courses in Modern Minoan Paganism.
